

Championship Rules
Organization
A priori, this championship has as managers Lihn Soares, Marcela Furlan, Daphne Binder and Paola Veronezi​.And can count on the support of other moderators in the future.
Rules
All questions (including those not provided for in the Rules) will be evaluated according to the criteria established by the Championship Organization. Participants expressly renounce, upon accepting the rules of this championship, any questioning about the criteria / rules adopted, always ruling the Organization's criteria.
1. General rules
​
1.1 Administration & Announcements
1.1.1 Everyone who is authorized by the Rainha de Copas to administer the championship based on their rules and regulations will be called "admins" or "staff", the set of those involved will be called "administration".
1.1.2 All news will be posted on the Rainha de Copas.
1.1.3 Official announcements as well as administration statements anywhere (example in the group, per message, on Discord, on Steam) may ignore or override existing rules seeking to make competition as fair as possible. In case of contradictory statements the most recent announcement from the admins will prevail.
1.2 Participants & Teams
1.2.1 All individuals who are over 13 years old and female may participate in this championship, and must be verified via Discord and other clarifications if fraud is suspected.
1.2.2 Participation of trans female players shall be permitted upon presentation of a female public profile and mandatory proof of hormonal treatment for at least 12 months, which shall be forwarded to the administration for verification. More information on the subject can be found in the posting for the Grupo das Meninas.
1.2.3 Participants agree to assign to the Organization, free of charge and for an indefinite period, their Steam name / Nick name and match image for the purpose of publicizing this Championship.
1.2.4 The organization of the championship shall not be responsible for lost, out-of-date, incomplete, invalid, incorrectly typed or confusing entries, which will be disqualified.
1.2.5 The registration and participation in this championship will imply in the total and complete recognition of the conditions and unrestricted acceptance of this Regulation.

1.2.6 Teams will not be allowed to have offensive or derogatory names, it will be at the discretion of the administration to request the exchange of the team name if teams with irregular names are verified.

1.3 Application Period

1.4 Registration Fee
There is no entry fee to participate in the championship.

1.5 Commitments
1.5.1 By participating in the tournament the participants acknowledge, without limitation, compliance with the rules and regulations, official announcement and with the statements and decisions taken by the administration.
1.5.2 Every participant acknowledges the right of the administration to modify the rules and regulations for adjustment at any time without prior notice.
1.5.3 Every participant must show the necessary respect to the admins and other participants. Insults and unfair or disrespectful behavior with someone are not tolerated and will be punished.
1.5.4 Each participant should always have the latest version of Steam and Dota 2 installed and should check for updates before each game. Unless a new version appears just before departure, the patch is not a valid reason to delay it.

1.5.5 The team accepts the official schedule of the competition and declares its ability to be available during those times.
1.6 Communication
1.6.1 The main communication platform is the Dota das Meninas.
1.6.2 At least one member of each team must be in the group, and remain in it until the team is eliminated from the competition.
1.6.3 The tournament discord may also be used for communication with the administration.
1.7 Location of the Championship
1.7.1 The championship will take place entirely online, with the participation of all the players of the team being compulsory in the Championship Discord room at the time of the match.

1.7.2 The non-communication by voice of one or more players during the game will result in disqualification of the team.
1.7.3 The Discord room will have a specific moderator who will listen and record team communication in order to avoid fraud.
2. Teams and players
​
2.1 Teams
2.1.1 Maximum of 32 teams and minimum of 2 teams entered in the tournament.

2.1.2. Minimum of 5 players and maximum of 8 participants per team, being 3 reserve players.
2.1.3 Each player may participate in only ONE team, and under no circumstances may he play on another team during the tournament * (as a holder or reserve).
*Per tournament understood every Sunday, the players are free to change teams for the next
2.1.4 All teams shall provide management with the following information upon request:
- Steam accounts from all members
- Primary nicknames of all members
- Nationality of all members
- Team Logo (100x100px or higher)
- Facebook of the captain and / or manager
2.2 Registration
To sign up for the competition, the team must meet all the requirements of the tournament platform.
2.3 Team changes
2.3.1 Teams that have registered with 1 or 3 reserve players may place them as substitutes at the start of the match without prior notice to the Organization.
2.3.2 If there is any other problem in which it is necessary to change the players of the team, the matter should be discussed and approved by the organization.
2.4 Stand-ins
2.4.1 Stand-ins are people used by a team as a player during a match, without having to be an official team member.
2.4.2 The stand-in can not be a member of another team or have played a game for another team within the same or higher stage of the competition.
2.4.3 Each team may at most use three stand-ins per game.
2.5 In-Game Names
All players must use the Steam name similar to the one registered in the league to be recognized during matches by opponents. Stand-ins should be clearly marked as 'standin' followed by the nick.
2.6 Sponsorship names
Players may use any sponsorship name within the game provided that it does not violate rule 1.2.6.

3. Games schedule
​
3.1 Match days and times
The day and time of the games will take place on the Sundays of each month starting at 6:00 pm (Brasilia Time UTC-03:00).
3.2 Redemption of matches
In case a re-match is necessary, it will be evaluated with the administration of the tournament.
3.3 Punctuality
3.3.1 The delay tolerance for departures is 15 minutes. Any delay greater than this shall be reported and judged by the organization of the championship, and may be counted as WO.
3.3.2 A team may execute the draft even if it is partially present (without the full team) followed by a remake in AP mode if the opposing team accepts the condition.
4. Creating and configuring games

4.1 Creation of games
All lobbies will be created by a tournament official. Teams will receive the lobby password at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
4.2 Spectators
4.2.1 Official streamers, members of the administration and all those authorized by the administration have the right to remain as spectators of the game without the permission of the teams.
4.2.2 The presence of external spectators, coaches, and anyone not authorized by the administration shall not be permitted.

4.3 Draft Side and Order
The Draft Side and Order will be random, defined by the Coin used within the game. For a Best of Three match (BO3), the second game will be manually ajusted, and in case of a last game it will be used the Coin again.
4.4 Team Verification
4.4.1 Both teams are responsible for checking the lineup of the opposing team before the start of the game or during the draft phase. If any team is illegal under the rules (example: wrong Steam account, or many stand-ins), the opposing team may refuse to start the game.
4.4.3 If a match is delayed due to problems with illegal participants it will be considered as having a missing player, and the punctuality rule applies. However if the team has timed out the timing rule, the team will have 5 minutes to adjust the lineup.
4.5 Match Settings

4.6 Model Tournament
Single Elimination with Final Bo3 (Best of Three)

The teams entered will be divided equally into groups

The games will be Bo1, with direct elimination - with the exception of the Final.

The final match will be a Bo3.

Each match will be pre-compacted between players and Organization through the table.

5. During the game
​
5.1 Phase of Picks & Bans
5.1.1 The group of heroes always consists of all the heroes that the game mode allows and therefore can change several times during the competition. The game should not be paused during the draft, unless a captain disconnects.
5.1.2 If a team needs to leave the "picks and bans" stage, all the choices that have already been made must be redone, without exception. The same remains for matches that must be restarted ("remake").
5.2 Pauses
5.2.1 Each team may pause the game for a maximum of 10 minutes, allowing the other team to give up their pause time, totaling a maximum of 20 minutes of pause per game.
5.2.2 It is necessary to announce the pause in Chat All except in case a player disconnects..
5.2.3 It is necessary that both teams agree on the "despause" / "unpause".
5.2.4 If the problem is not resolved during the maximum pause time, the team should continue the match despite any remaining problems.
5.4 Transmission
5.4.1 Any viewer authorized (in accordance with 4.2) within the game is authorized to perform the broadcast of the match as long as the Stream has a delay of at least 5 minutes.
5.4.2 Starting players are not allowed to watch or listen to match narratives during play. In addition, the players are not allowed to stream the game themselves, unless it is released by the administration.
5.5 Bugs
If a bug occurs the game should be paused immediately and the administration will decide how to continue. Abuse of bugs is expressly prohibited.
5.6 Ferramentas / Hacks
The use of any Dota tool other than Steam or Dota 2 during the match is expressly prohibited.
5.7 Finalization

A game ends when the Throne is destroyed, when most of the team leaves on account, or when the administration decides. (Note: A game does not end only when an opponent speaks "gg" or similar. Even if the "gg" is requested always wait for the Throne to be destroyed!)
6. Violation of Rules & Punishments
​
Breaking the rules or ignoring an administration order can result in punishment for the entire team, or a specific player. The type of punishment will be chosen by the administration.

In addition, penalties will be applied to the player and / or teams that:

Make use of any program that offers competitive advantage

Make use of any configuration not allowed

Have unsportsmanlike conduct in any space (inside or outside the Dota), such as: offensive language, verbal insult and other unnecessary actions againts administration and tournament contributors as well as their participants. Such actions, depending on their severity, may lead to the disqualification of the player or team.

Pause the game in bad faith (judgment is bad faith for the Organization)

Use players who are not female during the time of departure (partial or total)
The penalties applied in each case will be evaluated and judged by the Organization and must be respected by the participating players.

6.6 Violation of Rules in Other Tournaments
Violation of rules in other tournaments outside the Crown Cup may also result in penalties for Dota Girls' competitions.
7. Distribution of the Award
​
The Crown Cup awards will be the Crowns for the winning players.
The 'value' of these Crowns will still be decided by the administration of the tournament until the date of the official Queen of Hearts tournament.
